Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Medeyetate. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and returns policy below:
1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We will issue a full refund, once the item has been received and inspected.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Medeyetate product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund. Beyond this period, we can offer a repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase, or a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@medeyetate.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address. Please ensure items are securely packaged and sent using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. If you have paid for faster shipping, this cost will not be refunded unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
6. Non-refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, sleep masks cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. Please check your order carefully before opening the packaging.
7. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective product or the wrong item, including incorrect colour or size). In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Please note that delays in shipping caused by customs clearance, which are beyond our control, do not qualify as valid reasons for initiating a return. We appreciate your understanding in such matters.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the item is being returned because it is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
